Chop the cabbage and place in a large bowl.

Mix together remaining ingredients, except for the herbs, and blend well into the chopped cabbage.

Add the chopped herbs and gently blend in.

Can be served immediately, but it's even better if you let it sit for an hour (for the flavors to meld).
